I have been drinking green tea

Now that my sole connection to green ginger tea. Is efectively cut off. I am working on my remaoining stash of stings that are tea. But not that tea.

My mom and my aunt have been stressing this drink a bunch of water before you eat diet thingie and I haw to admit it seems to fill me up with less food.
But I think I have to just exercise more.
I am thinking I might have to bike to work more often. But seeing as fall is coming... I do not know..
